This open-air lot at 2 Bay Street, commonly known as Seawall Lot 314, sits right at the corner of Bay Street and the Embarcadero in the North Beach/Fisherman’s Wharf area. I live just a couple of blocks away, have used it occasionally, and pass by it regularly on my walks. The location is hard to beat. Only saving grace. It’s by pier 39 and Alcatraz Landing. Truth of the matter, I’ve seen more broken glass here than in downtown sometimes.
