When I scan the QR code to pay, it immediately asks for a phone number and can't proceed without providing one. I have no interest in providing a phone number so I had no way to pay for parking. It scans your license plate and i believe mails you for violations. Fortunately the gate opened up when I exited. Avoid this parking lot The ticket system was way better before - it didn't collect personal information.
