I lived at 7 King, the Metropole, for over 4 years, and it has been one of my favourite places to live in amongst the many places I lived in. The building is very well maintained, clean and has excellent security. The location is super, close to almost anything you may need: transportation, restaurants, cafes, grocery, St. Lawrence market for fresh produce, hospitals, Union train station and shopping malls amongst many more. A great building to live in. Douglas and the staff go above and beyond to ensure the building is safe and is consistently well maintained.
I lived at 7 King for over 6 years. I really enjoyed this building, always clean and safe. Special mention for the concierge team, very respectful and always attentive (thanks to Douglas and Salvatore, without whom my experience at The Metropole would not have been the same). When I needed help, they were always available and understanding. I left to go back home, in France. But if I had to live in Toronto again, I would definitely come back to 7 King. Great location and building. We loved this space and accessibility in the downtown core. Building management was great and the team at the front desk was always fantastic and made you feel at home!!
