Quiet for good table conversation. Very attentive staff. Excellent quality offerings. Array of drinks to induge yourself.
Update: I don’t know if there are new chefs or new management, but the food was so bad when I went back in June 2026. The duck was rancid and none of the food was seasoned. The steak was also the worst steak we have ever eaten. So sad that the quality has gone down from where it used to be. Previous review from Fall 2025: SO SO GOOD. Favorites were the wedge salad, garlic focaccia, and beef tartare, but everything else was so yummy. Very kind staff on a busy Friday night and everything was delicious. UPDATE: I don’t know what happened in the past few months. Everyone looks miserable and the management is absent. Food is ok still. INITIAL POST: Fine dining quality in a beautiful, yet casual, setting. Dishes are created by chefs, so this is NOT the kind of place where substitutions are accepted. The waitstaff and support staff are attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and stay out of the way (unless you want to engage with them). Highly recommended!
It’s a great dining experience. It’s very professional. Although parking is hard to find, this is a great eating place. The vibe is suitable for couples who want to enjoy a quiet date night dinner. I loved the crab cakes (appetizer) and the salmon with coconut rice. The coconut rice was very yummy. I would recommend it to anyone.
We came in with a reservation early for a 6:15 slot and got seated immediately. Seating is close to other people but is as expected for downtown restaurants. Drinks and appetizers took at least 20 minutes to come to us and our meal took between 45 minutes and an hour from when we ordered to when it was brought to our table.
