Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. They will help you out in any way they can. The service department was great at fixing my machine and Robert passed on a lot of information. Will always return to this store for anything welding related.

Their customer service is top notch and every driver Ive had thats come out to deliver has always been super curtious and their inside sales team is always willing to go above and beyond...Here at my company we would not be able to opperate so quickly if metroplex wasnt who they are and what they stand for.... Probably the poorest customer service of a welding supply I’ve seen. They used to be great. Had an account for 15 years with them and stopped doing business with them recently for this reason.
