This is the worst facility please do not rent from any of their facilities the roof leaked in my storage unit and ruined all of my things.
Whoever y’all have working the front desk needs to let her go immediately. Had a U-Haul prescheduled for pick up and the lady had the worst attitude. Even asked her why she had such an attitude and she said “I don’t know.” Kept saying that I have to pay for 2 days even though my reservation only said 24 hours. Also paid opted in for the insurance when I pre booked and she said that I did not get the insurance and that I would have to pay an additional $50 for it when online it’s only $15. So we left and just somewhere else.
