☆☆☆☆ I signed up expecting to receive the online special offer that was being advertised, but I was told I didn’t qualify simply because I mentioned that my brother also has a storage unit here. They assumed we were doing business together, even though we are separate customers with separate storage needs. It felt unfair to deny the advertised promotion based on an assumption rather than the actual situation. Very disappointing.
So professional friendly and helpful ! Great location easy to access.
We came in on a last minute crisis and James was really really helpful and patient. He was thorough with the move in and made sure we was satisfied.
James was such a pleasure to deal with throughout picking up my auction with! He stayed right at close to help make sure I got taken care of! Thank you, good service goes a long way!
