At first I was very aggravated because I didn’t get any notifications that CubeSmart was taking over my account. But James was extremely helpful and the customer service was amazing!

Aside from being charged twice, no complaints. With units being 50% off and the first month free, having to pay less than $70 was nice! Great staff as well!
James was attentive with great communication. Walked in right before closing and secured us a unit right away. Process was smooth and quick. Unit itself met expectations. Go check out this location. Definitely recommend!
