Compared to my last storage unit facility this one is significantly better. The employee working at the time was very helpful/informative. I believe his name is James.
Came in to look for a unit and Jyren was very professional met me at the door and made me feel welcomed. He was kind, and gave excellent customer service. Didn’t end up getting the unit because other places had cheaper options but I wanted to leave a positive review for my experience there
Jyren and Jacob answered all questions about move in, helped me get moved in right away and set up my units both times in 15 minutes flat. DC
