Terrible communication, we have attempted to get a hold of the front office for several days now and we have called over 10 times collectively between myself and my father to get into our unit and request information. We now found out our keys don’t work to our lock and needed help with that but management has been gone for over 40 minutes. Good rates but terrible communication.
The Brother James at the desk hooked me up. Well like he explained “they just have the cheapest prices around” rn in this market. I booked for a year to lock in my rate. Plus got a deal of 1st month paid 2nd month free. I’m jealous of his beard too.. lol. Decent guy and a decent storage !
Stopped in to inquire about a storage unit. No one at the counter but they were in a back room, so I went over and made myself known. He gets very defensive and gruff, growling at me that I shouldn’t be there. I apologized, saying I was just trying to get someone’s attention and added that he didn’t have to be so rude about it. At which point he squared up on me and said that it was his business and he could be rude if he wanted to.
