Worst experience ever. I paid these people $1750 to move in and ended up having to get it returned because of their piss poor customer service. They literally ignored my calls and hung up on me repeatedly just because I demanded clear and consistent information about the progress of my potential unit. I've never been disrespected or degraded by any company as much as I have with them. I wish I never ever met with these awful people. Metroplex Management is the worst management company EVER!!!!!

Doesn't pay their bills!! The property manager (Ruth) is extremely unprofessional!!
While the apartments may be nice, dealing with these people is like pulling teeth. Ruth, the building manager, lives 2 hours away from St. Louis. The maintenance person is also part time. So if you have an emergency, you're pretty much screwed. Ruth is completely useless and not helpful. Anytime I ask her any questions, she doesn't know and has some excuse. I don't think she cares.
