New to area and new to this doctor. Long wait even though all paperwork was completed before I got there. I am ok with waiting IF he was worth waiting. He sent referral to another specialty. I was about to loose my foot. I think the doctor he referred me to may be a friend or some way connected. They both use same hospital in North Richland Hills. Both have terrible bedside manners. Dr. Leslie Rousseau and his staff are not only professional but they are an excellent support system as an individual goes through foot surgeries. Dr. Rousseau has a good bedside manner as well as very informative and answers questions to make you feel comfortable but to give you an understanding of what is going on with your surgery and recovery. Dr.Rousseau is an excellent dr and has a comforting and warm manor. I've been extremely please with my procedure. The staff is friendly and kind and the office is always clean and professional. I would refer anyone to Metroplex Foot and Ankle over and again. Cassy
Dr. Lund is a joke of a doctor. Walked in with no bedside manners what so ever telling me he's going to take my foot. I requested a different doctor and thank God I did. Dr. Marc Delara saved my foot. DO NOT use Dr. Lund.
The entire staff was extremely nice!! Dr. Rousseau made me feel very comfortable. I had a bad experience years ago and was very nervous!! It was nothing like that!! I would recommend this Dr. for sure!!!
