I don't ever recommend this place to put your children in! I was in there because my counselor saw old scars from me cutting back in the day. so I willingly went just cause she believed I was still doing when in fact I wasn't (scars were years old). the things I saw happen in there and the way even a 5 year old was treated and I was treated. Dr. Charles over medicates the children and only gives negative feedback to the children who attend. Really prescribing a 10 year old prozac and xanax. Someone needs to take his license away.

Kim Cotton in the last week METROPLEX PAVILLION PSYCH HOSPITAL... I pulled my daughter out against medical advice after I found her hysterical the day after admission when I went to visit her. She had to spend her first night with no pillow .. Despite asking multiple times for one. She was made to run laps outside although I told staff she had flat feet and chronic ankle pain. She told staff her ankles hurt but she was still made to do laps. She had a migraine for 16 hours when I got there and they never gave her the Imitrex... read more
