I knew my alternator needed help I’m the 2nd owner since 1997 of a 1986 3/4 ton dodge ram. It was a fleet truck that had a Tommy Lift & had a large alternator from factory. Took it to Dave at metroplex alternator & starter. He recognized it right away. 2 days later he said all I needed was brushes but sold by quantity only so he made me a set of bushes. Had the same experience as others . He wont answer the phone. But if you show up , he will take care of you.
He does not answer the phone but I promise if you drive up there with your part, he will be there. I last used his service 7 years ago and it was phenomenal. That's why I rolled dice on driving to Arlington from Cedar Hill without talking to him first. I was blown away with outstanding service once again.
