We are to have a smoke free buildings but rules are not followed and management doesn't care. One lady towels in her bathroom stink of smoke everyday because the guy across from her smokes. All of the rest of us are just going to forget the signs and smoke inside and let company smoke in our apartment. Smoke free signs should just be taken down.
