Apartments are nice but the Tow truck company contracted for the property is terrible “Tow Geeks” I’ve had my own car towed and a guest of mine towed. It’s definitely Predatory!!! $180 each time. The tow truck company said I’m supposed to have a parking pass but the leasing office only gives out virtual passes.
MetroPlace at Town Square in Camp Springs, MD has major maintenance and security issues that require urgent attention. Trash is a constant problem throughout the property, from the hallways to the parking lot. The front gate has been broken for over a year after an incident with the tow company, and additionally, the door to Building G110 is frequently locked from the inside, preventing residents from exiting easily.
