The worst builder in GTA Finishd products is 0. Quality of build 0 And one of their recent projects Union City they continue with the same policy( charging costumers high prices for low quality apartments). Avoid them. They should go bankrupt.
Really, Very Very Very disappointed this builder to me and my friend also. i was a first time home buyer and I booked my small house(1327Sqft) in 2020 and after 4 years of waiting time I got interim closing of my house. After 9 months of interim closing finaly they did closing in Jan 2025. Too much money I paid. I was paid $6000 rent per month during interim closing. I will never buy a home from this builder again. To start, they make you wait nearly a year for registration, during which time you’re paying them instead of building equity through your mortgage. The experience at the New Lawrence Heights location was extremely disappointing the superintendent and some staff displayed unprofessional, poorly mannered, and even discriminatory behaviour.
