I will never buy a home from this builder again. To start, they make you wait nearly a year for registration, during which time you’re paying them instead of building equity through your mortgage. The experience at the New Lawrence Heights location was extremely disappointing the superintendent and some staff displayed unprofessional, poorly mannered, and even discriminatory behaviour.
