Had some issues with interior doors at 11YV, Sabrina M. went above and beyond to rectify the issues. She was always pleasant and understanding when I brought things to her attention
It is unfortunate that I purchased a unit from this company .The builder customer service is irresponsible,ignorant,and impolite.The material they have used in this building is of the worst quality they could possibly get at a cheap price;they have cut the corners as much as possible.
My lawyer informed Metropia that the Town House on Lawrence Heights will be leased after occupancy as the builder has changed date for years. So why am not allowed to use Realtor services for marketing?
Fair builder relative to the number of cheaters out in the market. Be cautioned, closing delays reaching close to a year, which means we are paying super high occupancy rent while waiting for the project to be registered. Special shoutout to Shannon, Jim, Chris (handyman) and Louris for being superb at what they do. They were a few really resourceful folks who made our purchase a lot more bearable. Thank you all!
