They don’t like to be bothered or do their jobs. They can’t is their favorite word here but metro customer service doesn’t seem to know why they don’t to their jobs at this store. The lady behind the counter gossips about previous customers to the new customers. Her attitude sucks and always being loud on her phone. Just read the other reviews they accurately dispict this place. You would think they would learn to fire people who bring down the company when this stores reviews are this horrible

Rude lady that works there was no help at all
I've gotten to the point where I don't even like going in this place to pay my bill. The two Spanish girls are so rude and hateful. There are so many complaints on here, and it's 90% because of those 2 employees. The new Hispanic boy actually did his job, but once again one of the girls got an attitude with me when I asked her to help me. Apparently, all you have to do is say "hello" to catch an attitude in this place. Do better, METRO PCS!!!
