So I went to upgrade my phone and see the store in Springfield has packed up and moved out. Yeah screw this place. Going back to straight talk. I've been with metro for a long time and this is how loyal customers are blindsided. Hope they all close for all I care
The service stinks they will sale you extras like glass protectors then when they fall off a week later they will not replace them but charge more money than they did originally what a joke for a phone company don't waste your time I'll be switching to boost or another phone co.pany as soon as this billing cycle is over
I have great service. But dont even try to call this store. They never answer the phone. Tried calling ahead to see if they had a phone in stock and no answer. Called multiple times and no answer. Had to drive to the store that is 30+ mins away to find out that they didnt have it. On top of that the girl was rude. We walked in and the first thing she said was what do you want?
