The Customer Service lady was absolutely wonderful! She knew exactly what my husband would like after asking a few questions and she helped set it up. Such a huge help and so much better than the other T-Mobile store we went to first. I wish I could remember her name. Mary?
Went to call the store to get help to pay a bill and the only thing the lady could say is yeah you have to go on your Metro app or call 611 and then she’s hung up that was very unprofessional and rude
