I went to this Metro was serviced by Ms Mary. She was so polite and met my needs as a retired veteran. My partner and I went to the one on 50 and their prices were outrageous. I like these ladies.
Mary is so sweet, lower my bill for a senior like myself. I was paying $71, now $25. After so many years of paying and nobody told a 60 year old like myself about a senior plan.
It’s funny how people can have such vastly different experiences with the same person. After reading these reviews, I honestly just wanted to see if I was alone in my horrible interaction with Mary last week First of all, since when is paying a bill in cash an issue? And why should I have to drive to another location to do so? How does one store accept cash while another doesn’t? What sense does that make? Jonathon is the most amazing person ive encountered as a consumer in so long! He was busy and stayed helpful and positive and made the whole experience a breeze! Helped with not only a new line but home wifi as well. 10/10
