Bill randomly went up by $13/month for “tech assure.” Which is, I kid you not, a MANDATORY service to waive service fees if something goes wrong with metro net equipment. What a joke.
Terrible, had ATT, couldn't wait to switch, now I'll switch back. We had to add booster to get service through our entire small building. Still get "you are offline" notices regularly. Customer service non-existent. Takes forever to get a human, when you do they say we'll check it out and get back to you, never do. One star too generous.
price drop recently (great as it had been drifting up to where I was looking around) BUT the service is very good here.
The speeds will not keep up with the package names for long after you start service. Prices will increase far beyond (double) the original stated rate within a year.
The low reviews are for the provider Metronet, not this company. Dave Choma and his crew take care of our phones and computers. Very happy after 15 years of good service. They just put in all new phones, VOIP, and fiber is coming this year so we will take advantage of that with the help of Dave Choma.
