BEWARE! If only I could leave ZERO stars! My 81 year old Air Force Vet father had nearly $9,000 taken from his bank account for a monthly $86 bill. It's been 22 days and they still have not refunded him. Metronet is avoiding his attorney, giving him the run-around when he calls his rep., and creating a situation where he has to choose between food or medicine! David was so helpful, and went above and beyond to provide me a cable to solve a fiber installation issue that wasn’t even his to deal with! Great storefront, great guy, really represents the best of our small businesses and a hometown dedication to customer service!
Metronet installer dug up my cable when installing the next door internet. It's been 3 months with multiple requests to get it buried. It's still exposed.
Bill randomly went up by $13/month for “tech assure.” Which is, I kid you not, a MANDATORY service to waive service fees if something goes wrong with metro net equipment. What a joke.
Terrible, had ATT, couldn't wait to switch, now I'll switch back. We had to add booster to get service through our entire small building. Still get "you are offline" notices regularly. Customer service non-existent. Takes forever to get a human, when you do they say we'll check it out and get back to you, never do. One star too generous.
