Losing internet multiple times a day for upwards 30 minutes. Calling customer service multiple times. Nothing.
I had metronet for a substantial period of time. I moved to their 1gb service after having rate hikes from Xfinity. The service was fairly reliable. However, when working remotely and using Teams for collaboration there were enough days of disconnects that I contacted them about disruptions to my work. Nothing came about from this. They do not support port forwarding unless you pay an extra $10 a month. This is annoying if you have a media server. They also charge a fee if you pay with a credit card . Do not get this service! Customer service doesn't exist. I had technical issues and they were unable to send a technician out for over a week. To just cancel the service I had to wait hours on the phone. After cancelling the service, they deleted my account and I was unable to pay the final bill. Currently waiting hours to talk to a representative so this doesn't go to collections because they seem to make it hard for me to pay them. I just want to be done with this company.
Fly by night crews. If you ever seen one of their crews on the side of the road you know what I mean.
When it works it’s great but being without service for long periods of time because of line and equipment issues is unacceptable! Going back to cable!
