Our internet installed on 4 / 6/ 26 and was told that they would bury line in 20 days .I called back today & was told it would be 60 days now .our landlord was mowing lawn today and ran over the line . I then just canceled the service cause I if they did replaced the line it probably would just get mowed over again cause they would not bury in soon
I ended up with this company because I was one of the original Lightspeed customers about a decade ago. They ratcheted up my rate until I was paying about three times the local market rate. I called them once to see if they could do something about the outrageous bill, and they said no. So I called them again and said I was cancelling my service, at which point they offered me a lower rate. I said, no thanks, I had already switched providers.
