This company makes tons of money from commercial tenants in their buildings, yet refuses to even provide something fundamental like a deli or food court. They recently stopped lunch time shuttle service to the mall, choking off one of the last sources of food for the workers in the buildings they manage. Absolutely horrible management. I’ve never worked somewhere with such bad property management.

It has been an unacceptable candidate experience with MetroNational. I received email from their Talent Partner to do a Teams interview. This meeting was not communicated to me before, thus it was schedule at an imposed time. I called and left the Talent Partner a voicemail, which he has not taken a moment to respond back. In addition, that same Talent Partner ask for me to provide a handful of responses that could be covered during our meeting. This is absolutely lazy recruiting.

I would recommend reviewing this company's employee feedback on Glassdoor before you work at the corporate office. You will be able to tell the real reviews vs those that have been added to make the culture appear better than it is. If you are a woman understand that you will be silenced. Woman are to be seen not heard at MetroNational your voice does not matter! If you are a man do not worry your voice will be heard you will be put on a pedestal.
