Very poor communications. Delivered our order to an open back lane without notification. Order was also scratched upon delivery. Have had to push for any update on our order and have been reluctant to liase with us. Our order was also misquoted and we weren't supplied with enough material to complete our fence.
Ordered from metrol and here was my experience. -no communication -fence delivered without communication -order was damaged on delivery with fence pieces just sitting on top covered in scratches and damaged gate. -the order was delivered not in its entirety and no efforts to fix it. Still waiting on the rest of the order to be fixed so i can complete my fence.
Excellent customer service, great work environment...
