Why do you make people suffer? A 2-hour delay in the sun without app updates. People's time and health have no value. I took Metrolink today. I was supposed to ride 4.27 train 1668; I stayed tell 6.40 and I was sick coming from Fresno. At least clear communication and recompense, with a sincere apology, will show understanding of passengers' rights.
Metrolink has padded its schedule on at least the Ventura County line so we sit for several minutes at several stations, wasting about 15 minutes. When you ask them to please tighten up the schedule to reduce everyone’s commute time, they refuse because they want to keep their on time schedule, yet we are still late on most days. Metrolink does not care one bit about efficiency or customer service. It takes me two hours each way to get to work which is a 50 mile trip. Don’t waste your time. You can drive it faster than that.
Whether you commute for work or heading somewhere for the day they aren’t always on time with random delays but nonetheless, super convenient.
