I'm sharing this because it's starting to cost money out of my paycheck I don't know what's going on with this company but they need to get it together they need to start taking care of their trains and servicing them it's either that or they need to replace the team that are working on these trains the antelope valley line is always breaking down they don't clean the trains they won't put the train out of service so they can work on it and then bring it back up to the antelope valley or switch it with a different train that... read more
Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Was waiting on a train for a New Year’s Eve party earlier this year. Metro pulled up and didn’t even wait 5 seconds before driving away without opening ANY doors to let me or the other 4 people waiting on board. Lost my money and ruined my night. Safe to say I will never be relying on Metro again.
