Do not go here. This is a horrible, horrible place. I chose Metrolina because my former Neuro was 1 hr away. Everything was great.My providers were wonderful, caring, and detailed oriented. When they left, and ownership of the practice changed hands, I was disappointed but elected to stay with Metrolina because I was receiving excellent care. This was where everything went downhill. 1. I had an MRI of my head because of unusual spots on my frontal lobe.I'm claustrophobic, so I was provided two Xanax. I took one but forgot th... read more
Dr Mandell is very professional and cares about his patients.Office staff is friendly and helpful. Grateful for their services.
Called for appt was directed to receptionist (recording) and put on hold. At 10:30am was mechanicaly transferred to "recorded receptionist" . No one answered, phone hung up. Wasted 15 minutes and never spoke to a real person, can't leave messages.
This business has really went down since Dr. Bucklin left another fill-in lady came and she’s already leaving. You called the office. the phones I have left at least six messages on different days and no one even answers the phone. They may as well shut this business down
Trying to reach these people is impossible. Have been calling all day and no return calls after repeated messages left. This is close to negligence.
