I should have left a review years ago… Dr Mandel is one of the greatest human beings that have ever walked the Earth, his soft spoken voice speaks kindness , he is gentle, thoughtful, he is a counselor , he does not rush the visit and listens to my concerns as well as answers my questions and makes sure I understand everything that he says even if he has to write it down. I normally try not to write anything bad about health care services as I am a nurse and I know how difficult it can be. However, I had a new patient appointment and waited for about 30 minutes and I noticed that 2 other patients were sitting there and one looked like he was fit to be tied. can’t be bothered to answer the phone or return a voicemail
My HSA card is now being rejected by CVS and other doctors' offices because they insisted on putting a charge in advance of the procedure and I still haven't received an EOB form. I also left an urgent message for their on-call doctor at 1 p.m. the day before my scheduled procedure and, 28 hours later, it has yet to be returned, so I left a message cancelling the procedure and THAT call has yet to be returned.
