I should have left a review years ago… Dr Mandel is one of the greatest human beings that have ever walked the Earth, his soft spoken voice speaks kindness , he is gentle, thoughtful, he is a counselor , he does not rush the visit and listens to my concerns as well as answers my questions and makes sure I understand everything that he says even if he has to write it down. I normally try not to write anything bad about health care services as I am a nurse and I know how difficult it can be. However, I had a new patient appointment and waited for about 30 minutes and I noticed that 2 other patients were sitting there and one looked like he was fit to be tied. Very fidgety and reading every thing he could get his hands on and huffing and signing, etc. And then out of the blue, the other patient said to me, I hope you are planning on being here for a while.
