Terrible Quality, Service--They Lose Clothes! – In thirty years, no cleaners has ever lost any piece of clothing of mine. MetroKleeners has lost at least 3 in two years. This cleaners is inexpensive but unfortunately you pay a price in lost clothing and garments cleaned with little or no discrimination as to fabric, special requests, and so on that you would expect from a professional cleaners. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! – I took two shirts here and they were both ruined when I got them back. The shirts were silk and the fabric was completely ruined by untrained cleaners. When I went to complain the staff was rude and refused to refund my money! Do not go to this place!! Their prices are cheap because they do terrible work.

Metro Klenners – Worst experience of my life!: I took clothes to this new establishment the one at Wilmette and they lost one pair of my pants and damage my sweater the employees are rude and there is no manager it takes for ever to get answers to your problems the worst is that they pay only up to 10 times the price of the cleaning price the you pay. So if you pay $2.29 you only get $22.90 for any item that they lost. Like in this case I paid $129.00 for my pant and I only got 22.90! and it looks likes this happen a lot a t... read more
