A woman on the phone while trying to make an appointment told me I would need an MRI before I was able to make an appointment when I already had an xray and a referral. I then went to the ER to ask for an MRI and they told me that I DID NOT need an mri to make an appointment. Why are your employees lying to people who are sick or in need of care?
