I have to share this experience with everyone because I have an appointment at 9am and is 10:20 am and I'm still waiting to be next. If you late 15 mnts or more they will cancel your appointment but is okay for them to make patients wait longer than 30 mnts. Then you go to the desk area and ask why the waiting time, and they said because no ct scan machine are open yet. Uhhh excuse me is almost 11 am and why they give me a 9 am appointment if you weren't be available or ready for the patients....(seriously) Unbelievable and ... read more

I've never had a bad experience or encountered a rude employee. I've been happy with every visit I've had here. From the xray department to surgeons and of course nurses.
