absolutely horrible don't check in on you. swabbed my daughter for strep and the flu and left the tests on the counter forgetting about turning them in had to get someone to come get them over an hour later and still was there altogether for 3 hours and still no test results ended up having to get discharged with out the results due to time. people checking in before you and getting released before you absolutely ridiculous. never again would I ever go there. also I really hope they turn the heat down 78 in a hospital is to ... read more

This organization has zero respect for the dignity of patients and their families. Is it common for a cardiac surgeon to visit a patient and whine about their “bad day” as the reason a procedure was not performerd?!?! Is it common for nurses in CCP to tell family members that the “Cath lab” is on the fifth floor of the towers?! I’m sure there are many talented people here who are dedicated to their profession so I can only assume these bad attitudes are the result of upper management.

This place is impossible to get a hold of! Their answering service is terrible. All they do is want to take a message for a call back. I do not want to give personal information to someone who is not my doctor. This answering service has hung up on me, sent me to voice mails and put me on endless hold. All I need is a medical form to confirm my health to my employer. Today, I found out my forms were lost. Nobody bother to call me to tell me this.
