Jesus help anyone who has to come to this ER the whole entire experience has been a nightmare I can’t begin to explain the massive difference in the staff between Metro main campus ER and the Glick center staff night and day.first I will start off by saying they took my elderly father and kept him in an emergency room .. no windows no bathroom no special mattress for six days SIX days in a bed didn’t get up ended up with a stage one bed sore he’s a thin man it didn’t take much despite voicing my concerns throughout this whol... read more
Unbelievable, better off dying
Been here since 12 it’s currently 3 and nobody has came to the room to check on us. mind you the patient it’s a 3 year old. there’s no sense of urgency everybody it’s just walking/standing around looking dumb.
Excellent staff in the ER. I fractured my spine and they were wonderful ensuring I didn’t lose my mind over it. They explained my injuries to me and offered counseling for me as well. Hope that I don’t need the ER again but this one was super clean and organized !
Metro health has gone down over the yrs. The Drs and nurses have gotten lazy. I came in with my mom @5pm. Instead of listening to her they ignored what she said and wanted to diagnose her with something unrelated to the issues she was having. At 7:30 they said they would get an MRI. At midnight after checking 3 times I finally found someone to check th system. They said MRI had been ready an waiting for her for at least 2 hrs. Which means two of those times I checked the nurse just was too lazy to check the system. Not want ... read more
