Metrohealth has some very professional and caring doctors and staff. If I don't like a particular doctor or service I make sure to change doctors and or report incidents. Considering how many patients are seen, Metrohealth is quite good.
I was so pleased how I was treated at the Glick Center endoscopy dept. Every single person that helped me or was involved in the procedure was amazing. Made a stressful experience so much better. The staff is amazing ! Thank you for the excellent care.
1st experience here in Metros new building, I wait about 20mins outside for Valet only had one person working and took a long time. I came to bring my mom to get a colonoscopy done, come to find out I cannot go with her and be her interpreter because I couldn't bring my baby upstairs, new policy is "no one under the age of 18yrs old can go past the lobby gates up stairs". Now I can't talk to the doctors to know about my mothers health. Very stupid policy, everyone has different circumstances in my case I have kids and older ... read more
Very long waiting time for a visit. Not enough staff. Terrible service.
