Super friendly and really nice. Only bad thing is they are a little bit slow. Like really slow
Horrible I’m in the Er a man comes in and complain about chest pain and shortness of breath they say wait to be registered during the waiting he’s constantly complaining about his chest and they ignore and the man fall out of the wheelchair and hit the floor super hard there should be a plan of action in place for immediate care complaints smdh Use to love metro but after witnessing this big red flag
My experience. Ok at best. Parking - $. Visitors - plenty late, not so much busy hours. Too many rules- couldn't go in the room we had for my daughter- only 2 (mom & baby daddy). Can't switch - WHICH 2...So, me & grandma stuck out in the lobby- waiting room . Where they have the air on 65 - IT WAS FREEZING. Asked for a blanket- none. Just not very good service. The late shift - nurse at the desk was a better person than the attitude & ruler who worked after 12pm. SMDH
do not go here if you’re a person of color. and do NOT go here especially if you have an affecting disability. the ABLEISM was absurd to witness and was attempted to be covered up with surface level kindness. i wasn’t even the patient and i could feel how he was treated like a problem rather then a living person. if someone is hard of hearing and you were told multiple times to face him directly (making sure he is also facing you) and speak louder—not at the same LOW volume you were speaking at before, make an actual dumb ef... read more
