My wife worked there for 29 years and she was definitely Metrohealth employee Lori Neuman and when she passed away I was lost my Insurance went through the roof medicine is killing me. But the Dr. That I have at Metrohealth are awesome.
Dr. Levine, Dr. Jaimie Boyer, and Dr. Ricquie Barker are spot on with their care. I had two knee replacements in less than a year which was really shocking and hard to accept at my age. It was difficult for me at the time. They took me through the process to where I was comfortable, and I feel like it was the best decision I could have made,making them my orthopedic providers. Photos are how I felt before and after. Always kick@$$ just more kick@$$.
When we arrived we were given a pink piece of paper and told to go X-ray. told to go around the corner. Fortunately person coming from x-ray (having an x-ray) informed us of where to go. Checked in with X-ray and waited over an hour. I then went up to registration and they skipped us. Back to Ortho and waited for 1.5 hours longer. They seem disorganized and unsure of their job. Keyanna doctor lavene secretary in ortho was very rude and nasty over the phone. Will be taking this complaint further.
