My daughter and I had an appointment scheduled 7 months in advance for teeth cleaning.. Waited all this time for them to tell me they don’t do cleaning anymore.. But they are gonna take X-rays… We specifically wanted our teeth cleaned no X-rays… Totally upset and now we have to wait another 5 months for an appointment… How inconsiderate of them
I was going to an excellent hygienist here who also works at main campus. One day she cancelled my appointment after I already rode a long distance on the bus to be on time. Yes I was irrate to a degree. Sorry! Mysteriously my dental insurance became cancelled. Still haven't found out why from anyone.. And it became very difficult to schedule appointments at main campus or anywhere as timely as previously.
Worst dentist offfice I ever been to. I go in at 9am dont get seen till 3pm. Long wait time. An then your rushed out because they want go home.
