Dr Latsko and her crew were extremely awesome! However? the phone system is horrible!! Your phone system cost me unecessary drama with scams!!! They told me they were all booked with appointments yesterday and told me to call back today 8 AM sharp, they had me on hold the entire time. Not one answer. Not only that, but how is you being all booked with appointments yesterday, going to change by me calling today????? I told them I had a broken tooth and it’s causing me excruciating pain and asked for an emergency extraction and that’s the bs they had for me. No suggestions to go elsewhere, no attempt to find any openings etc.
Inexperienced Dentists went in for root canal and front top lip is burnt I should have looked at these reviews first before I went🤦♂️🤦♂️
Receptionists are consistently rude and snickered when my name was called. Experienced a traumatic filling where I was treated so roughly that I felt my jaw was going to get dislocated from being pressed on too hard and had a drill running in my mouth as the FIRST-YEAR STUDENT was looking away, discussing scheduling with someone else during my procedure.
