Not wanting to assist with patient care questions or needs I was turned away asking for information regarding up and coming appointments at another location like they were out of toner for the copier No they simply didn't want to assist me with the issue
I went here today and just had 5 teeth pulled. In fact, the nova Caine for numbing hasn't worn off yet. They were on time, courteous and professional! Thank you!
Horrible place and have no professionalism. Whatsoever i literally had an appointment set for 8:30am and they allowed other people with later appointments to go in front of me.I sat there with family for 2hrs after my appointment with no estimate time they treated me as if i did a walk in kept telling me and my family they were waiting on an empty room but we literally watched other people come in and go in before us hours 30mins til hours later after my appointment. Very pleased by Dominique, who I believe goes by Dom, the hygienist. She was so patient and kind, made us feel very comfortable in an environment that usually causes anxiety. She showed my daughter all the tools the dentist would use and really explained the process thoroughly. We will need out of office treatments, she went over the procedure instructions and even the directions to get to the facility. Dominique deserves recognition for the work she does and the care she takes in it. Thank you Dom!
I have never dealt with such condescending front desk staff. The lady u first see is rude and talks to everyone like they are stupid. The other one just ignores u. We hear all of their conversations as they talk to eachother about their lives. I get you have to have fun at work, but being a bully is not necessary. Don't go into customer service if you cant contain your attitude.
