I just moved from Miami and I am beyond happy with the care I received. The staff and Doctor was amazing.
Called to confirm appointment. I was on hold for 40 minutes just to speak to someone. All it did was repeat the menu. I'm on hold now again with main campus. I wanted to get transportation through my insurance company. They would want to call to confirm the appointment. I tried to re-schedule through my hart, of course I couldn't. I'm still on hold with main campus to try to get help. Go figure, I can't get through to anyone at a different location. This is crazy! That's the Metrohealth system for you.
Metro Health System has to me the best doctors and offer the best care when it comes to various needs of the patients.
