Renee, changed my whole day , actually a real person, with real solutions, fix it all . So caring. Really went above and beyond. Thank you. Omg , just looked at the last 11 reviews for the hospital, Metro is full of good people, what is going on?Metro you need to do better keeping the good staff.
Facility offered really good food
My son was recently a patient in their Behavior Health facility...to say the least was awful experience....the first date I came to visit my son was brought the wrong patient as they laughed and stated we have so many new patients,they were incredibly unconditionalte,dismissive of he's bacic needs even though there were doctors orders put in place...worst mistake I made that night was to let him go there...they wouldn't even let us come in building wait in waiting room as it was pouring rain on us didn't open doors till 4 on... read more
Waited over a month for an appointment with Deebora Monroe only for my appointment to get cancelled an hour before. Then when I tried to call and schedule they had nothing for another 2 months. That’s just so inconsiderate of a doctors office. I had already waited over a month
