Had an appointment,was told to go to lab for blood,urine to be done.went down to lab,usually a sign in log.none there,but a sign at kiosh,waited 10 minutes,no one came up to desk,I dont do technology,no one should have to.easy for nurse to walk up and grab sign in log,put another in place so others coming in can sign new one,take the log to back and call names and draw blood,some people like to ask questions standing at front lab desk,that's good for everyone to get service.if it wasn't for my doctor who is 5+ rating,would o... read more
