For me personally, this is the perfect gym. Not too big, excellent choice of weightlifting equipment that I am familiar with (Hammer Strength), and everyone honestly seems focused and they’re there to work on themselves. I like hard rock and metal so even the music is good. Plus the price point is affordable. Def check em out if you’re tired of commercial club gyms and are looking for a quality gym.
I’ve been going here for a while now and really like it. It’s straightforward, no-frills, and super affordable. The space is perfect, and there’s always a good mix of equipment. It does get slammed between 5 and 7 p.m., though due to rush hour. If you can hit it earlier or later, it’s way more chill. Thanks to the Metroflex team for making this a dope, inviting space!
I’ve been to plenty of gyms, but I’ve never encountered a staff member as unprofessional and obnoxiously rude as the one here. I came in expecting a place to focus and train, not to be talked down to or disrespected for no reason. When paying for a membership, the bare minimum should be basic courtesy. Clearly, that’s too much to expect from this location. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values a respectful atmosphere.
Literally zero reason to have to cancel your membership in person…. It’s 2025..For all the people in the military make sure you cancel before going on deployment because the workers have no motivation to implement an online cancellation system. Nor the desire to help you if you are out of town. Also many of my buddies were not able to enter the gym after hours utilizing the scanner with an active membership. Absolutely love this place - has all the standard equipment and some space for independent movements. 24/7 access is incredible as a member. Especially if you’re a father to two toddlers. $40 a month is great. 10/10 recommend
