I went to the Urgent Care/Express care this morning because I have a deep splinter in my palm and sometimes it's bleeding excessively. The provider I saw told me she can't see it and I need to go to the ER. Then the nurse came to put a Band-Aid on it when I told her I need gauze because it's bleeding through the Band-Aids. This is not an emergency and I don't think I need to go to the ER. What is wrong with this world? It seems like no one has any intelligence anymore or wants to help or do anything.
Always gets me in quickly and all staff are very nice! I appreciate all they do for me every time I come in! Keep up the great work!
