I cannot begin to express my gratitude and thanks to the employees of this facility, especially Nichole. She was genuinely the sweetest, most supportive vet tech I have ever had the privilege of encountering. She walked us through every step, explained to us why she was doing what she was doing, went at our dogs pace, and most importantly, she loved on our girl with us during her final moments. Unfortunately, I can't give a review of the veterinarians, because their receptionist/appointment scheduler is wildly incompetent. I have four cats, two of whom are very scared of car travel, so I thought it would be a great idea to schedule a home care vet visit for everyone at once. I called MetroEast, went over specifically that I needed a HOME visit, and was told that it would be about a month out to get an appt. Saying goodbye to a pet who is truly part of your family is one of the hardest things you’ll ever face, and I’m so grateful for the care and compassion we received from MetroEast Home Vet Care. I was so incredibly sad that we had to put our dog down, but MetroEast Home Vet helped me in every way to get through it. Nicole came to our house, she was like an angel, took care of the situation with grace, compassion and understanding. I will never forget how wonderful they all were in a grieving situation. I really love this Vet! There's normally no other pet in the waiting room to stress out my pets and it feels like you're in someones living room. Doctors are fun and caring. I'm so glad I found them after Small Pet Ark closed.
