Truly the best.
The absolute best vet in Illinois. This office is filled with the kindest and most compassionate people. Our dog received the best care from Dr Karen and her team throughout her life. When the time came that every pet owner dreads, this team went above and beyond. The people in the office not only love pets, they love YOUR pets. After seeing how they cared for Flossie, this is the only veterinary choice.
I cannot begin to express my gratitude and thanks to the employees of this facility, especially Nichole. She was genuinely the sweetest, most supportive vet tech I have ever had the privilege of encountering. She walked us through every step, explained to us why she was doing what she was doing, went at our dogs pace, and most importantly, she loved on our girl with us during her final moments. Unfortunately, I can't give a review of the veterinarians, because their receptionist/appointment scheduler is wildly incompetent. I have four cats, two of whom are very scared of car travel, so I thought it would be a great idea to schedule a home care vet visit for everyone at once. I called MetroEast, went over specifically that I needed a HOME visit, and was told that it would be about a month out to get an appt.
