Took my daughter in she had UTI was told they will send antibiotics. They never got sent call the next day to remind them and still never sent them. Never going there again.
Was never notified of a balance owed after a visit. No phone call, letter, NOTHING! until the bill was sent to collections and that was how I found out a balance was due. This has caused unnecessary stress that could have been prevented if we were provided with a bill. unorganized billing department!
