My AC unit had not been serviced in a long time. Both of my capacitors were beginning to fail and the system needed to be completely cleaned. Kenneth did a great job!!!!
Highly do not recommend. They have new techs working for them now that are not as experienced as Jayden. It was also confirmed to me that no work or parts they sell you are covered in any sort of warranty. For example capacitors are not covered even if they start failing within a month. I also had a situation where my line was over charged with Freon causing my unit to shut down off high discharge pressure. Metrocrest gets out quickly and their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They find the problem fast get the repair done the same day. I highly recommend them if you need reliable HVAC service!
