September 15,2026 News. Spoke to a different provider today instead of the one from last Friday. I believe the one from Friday was named Susan not sure. I was yelled at by this woman today and was again reminded me I was old. Too old for sleep medicine that I may fall from too many meds. Ok I accept it however her tone was loud and aggressive as the other provider was. She told me I had to stop speaking and to calm down. She though was yelling and her accent was too thick. September 11 2026 update on a different clinic site on Samuel Blvd.I shared about Forest lane and Skillman now it is for the Samuel Blvd one. I decided to try Samuel one with mixed feelings. Starting was ok.Seating area was not busy and the check in was good.Went in at 11 and waited till they closed. For 6 hours the area had a film going with a man in his speaker phone very loud.it was horrible! The front desk man was so nice until he wasn't. Poor office staff, poor communication. No type of compassion or understanding for their patients waiting. Do not look for empathy or understanding here. The providers will make you wait like you are not here for a reason. And staff does not tell you the truth. Would not recommend.
I shared a week or so last week that there is so many times the pharmacy screws up my prescriptions. It is almost comical except no one is laughing. The prescriptions have been so mixed up 1st. Timewise. 2nd. medication delivery requests changes on a day to week to month without anything staying the same oh since ummm September oh yeah. I have been paying metrocare at skillman full price for Humana drug plan price instead of the actual cost.
