Poor office staff, poor communication. No type of compassion or understanding for their patients waiting. Do not look for empathy or understanding here. The providers will make you wait like you are not here for a reason. And staff does not tell you the truth. Would not recommend.
I shared a week or so last week that there is so many times the pharmacy screws up my prescriptions. It is almost comical except no one is laughing. The prescriptions have been so mixed up 1st. Timewise. 2nd. medication delivery requests changes on a day to week to month without anything staying the same oh since ummm September oh yeah. I have been paying metrocare at skillman full price for Humana drug plan price instead of the actual cost. This is a very good Doctor I've been going to this Doctor since 2017. Dr. Chijioke Ukoha cares about his patients.He's very attentive to my needs and Very knowledgeable of what's going on with you.
