Very happy. Had to move out quickly and put my stuff in storage. James called me and sorted it all out, it was easy to organise and I like that they come with the truck and don't leave it at your address like Taxibox. The removalists (Gabriel and Wesley) were really fast but careful with our furniture, wrapping everything and taking care with our expensive furniture.

One of my better moving experiences! The team (Ariana) at Metrobox were very attentive with communication around the appointment. The lads (Pedro, Renzo, Hansel) worked efficiently to Tetris my belongings into two units. I chose this company because they do the moving and deliver it anywhere!

Submitted a last minute request when a rental I had lined up fell through. I was a stressed and anxious mess (I have only just started relaxing and it’s been over 2 months)- Felisha called me 1 hour after I submitted the form, she was very friendly and made it so easy to organise removalists to bring my items from South Melbourne to Metrobox facilities - they fitted all my items into 1 metrobox and I was kept up to date as it was happening.
