Y’all employ some of the most inconsiderate drivers on the face of this planet. When I get stuck behind one of your vehicles, it literally makes me wanna blow my head off.
My issue is with the EZ Pay process. I've called customer service many times over the past few yrs asking about a refund. I've been told 3 different stories about a refund. I mailed the letter they requested. No supervisors are calling back. I don't use the van because my Dr's are out of the area they service. I use the subway & I need the money for parking. I wish I never made the deposit. Im retired & need my money.
On July 17,2025 a driver was at the wrong entrance. He had trouble finding me at my pickup location at the main entrance. Because of his inability to speak and understand English a bad customer service skills. He got very disrespectful and called me a LIAR. Becsuse of his frustration. Very bad customer service. This type of behavior is very unexceptionable. He left, I called 4 times for transportation home and waited 1hour and half for me to finally get a pickup at the main entrance. Very disappointed, Unexceptionable
All I can say that this company needs to do better!! Too many miscommunication and rude and condensending staff
I wish it was such thing, Say what I'm want to say and not leave no Stars, metroAcces window open up 8:55 tell 9:25 pm, You call where's your ride they give you time, You call back it's Uber I told it's hard catch Uber at night I been telling this since last year, The Uber drops my son off somewhere else, Or the Uber take ride turn down it happened 5 times in 1 night, because where we live, 1s the found out where you live, There's no driver, My son would had wait a whole hr for metroAcces to pick him up from work that's craz... read more
