i put this on their Facebook aswell...I found a wrap that had my interest. sent the file and dimensions that I needed to them (emailed them first) everything checked out and they said try to make the image smaller OR shorten my dimensions may help. so I did...placed the order with a note asking to check it out and make sure it doesn't come out pixled/blurry they called me...I explained my project and what I was doing and the size...and I had misunderstood what they meant by cropping it...they helped me out over the phone... ... read more

Great service and promptness! I ordered some vinyl wraps to put on a brick wall. Not only did they turn out amazing, but the shipping was so fast. I think over all it took 5 business days which in my opinion is spectacular! Thank you!
Not impressed by the vinyl countour services. I needed caliper decals for a job I was doing and sent them a file. I wanted a certain dimension to be met but the lettering I actually got was about half the size. No one informed me the file I sent wouldn't be usable. Everything must be perfect before you send it. Will be investing in a US cutter from now on for countour cuts. The lettering below should be 1"x5" but was actually only half.
