Arrived at 7:50pm and stood there for almost 10 min to be told I COULDN'T pay my bill because the guy behind the counter was activating a phone for a couple that he said was going to take him and I quote "maybe 30 min to do this and we close at 8 so its not possible: I said I walked through the door at 7:50 so I was here before 8 and I really needed to pay my bill and I only have cash. I know it would have only taken him a couple minutes LITERALLY to take care of me and then he could go back to the 30 min activation process ... read more
