Very impressed with this company although I didn't end up moving with them. There was a misunderstanding between myself and the person I spoke with and I was so beyond frustrated that I left a poor review. The owner reached out to me directly and we talked through it. There was error of both sides of the fence and he really genuinely cared to fix the issue and make sure that everyone was on the same page. Alex and Justin were great! They called ahead, arrived early and moved everything quickly and carefully. Had some tight spaces, awkward doorways, scary steps, heavy furniture, but no problems! They were careful to wrap items and maneuver to avoid damage at both locations. They even lifted each item instead sliding it around on the hardwoods, much appreciated! When we decided to move, I got several estimates. Chose Metro Wide because of their customer service (Jerrica and Clay) and price. Glad we did.
