Dr. Heap is wonderful. He is very nice and personable. Makes you feel very comfortable. His staff is always welcoming and friendly. I've never had to wait more then ten minutes. My husband and I have been going here for several years now. We were referred by our friends who also just love this office. I've never had any problems.
