Really nice people, went there because I was having a problem with my snowblower. The guy took down all my information and when he was looking out it he realized it was user error (me). Did not charge me anything, explained what I was doing wrong and walked me through the controls. Going to go there again with any future equipment needs.

Excellent sales and customer service – We recently purchased a snowblower and were very impressed with the friendliness and courtesy of the people who worked with us. They took the time to explain different options to us and did not try to steer us toward a particular make/model. Delivery included a demo and tutorial on how to use the machine, which was very helpful. Not only was the price the same as at major retailers, but delivery was free! Great job on Cub Cadet lawn tractor – First time using their service. I'll be back for years to come. My lawn tractor was repaired within 24 hours -- a pleasant surprise because they were quite busy -- and it now runs better than ever. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. The entire staff was professional, from appointment setting to pick up and delivery. Thank goodness I never again have to deal with that other "grand" repair shop in Marlboro.

Excellent Customer Service – I have used these folks for several years for my Lawnmower Tractor and Snowblower. Their work is of the highest quarily with reasonable prices. From Jeff who picks up and delivers the equipment , Bev who sets up the appointments to all of the service people you cannot find a better crew to take care of all of your power equipment.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! – Great place to buy a lawn tractor or anything else you may need for garden equipment. Everything is nicely displayed and the staff will help you find the best equipment to meet your needs. No hard "sell" - just great information and truly helpful. They pointed out all the differences and why I might want one machine over the other. They delivered the machine for free and showed both me and my wife everything about it. Great products, great service – I've been getting my lawn mower serviced by these guys for years. It used to be called Ron's Small Engine and they've grown into their new name. They have a beautiful show room and everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a very comfortable place. They will service pretty much any type of small engine there, whether you bought it from them or not. If I've ever had a problem, they were there to resolve it the same day.

Would never go anywhere else! – These guys are the best! So nice, so helpful. We bought our snow blower from them and they explained all the different models so that we could make the best decision. They delivered it to us for free and demonstrated all the features to us to make sure we knew exactly how to use it. We had heard how easy they were to work with and we were impressed with the level of personal customer service that you just don't seem to get anymore these days! Fast, great service. Very helpful staff. – Can't say enough great things about these guys. Fixed my snow blower in just 2 days when others were backed up for weeks. Snow blower works better than ever. Everyone from the delivery person to people in the store are friendly and helpful. They are the most honest people around - very fair.

Rude and ignorant people – I completely agree with Robot bobo - these people should not be allowed to be in service business: they are not doing their job right, they do not listen to you thinking that the whole world is revolving around them, they feel free to hang up in the middle of the phone conversation. You are nothing to them, just the means of getting their buck. I think they deserve a boycott that hopefully will push them out of business.
